Bids Consultant
I treated bids as a technical solution, a commercial solution and a selling document, all rolled into one. I project managed bids, which comprise three parallel processes: the technical solution, the creation of the proposal documents with pricing, and the overall project management of the Bid.
Expertise was grounded in furnishing large, complex systems and manufacturing bids to the demanding standards of the Ministry of Defence. For maximum impact, as a Master Practitioner in NLP, I used influencing language: as a Consultant in Whole Brain® Thinking, I tailored proposals to how clients think and behave; and employed best practice having been trained in proposal writing the Shipley way.
